| I installed Dance Praise 2 -the ReMix on my Windows PC but when I go to start the game it gives me an error message: "Fatal ISV - Copy of Torque is already running; exiting." |

This error message can appear if the game is already running and you try to start a second instance. In this case simply click "Ok" and restart the game.
If Dance Praise 2 is not running then the program was unable to initialize your 3D graphic card's hardware. To resolve this first check to be sure you computer meets the minimum system requirements for graphics which is at least a 32 MB T&L(Transform and lighting)-capable video card. Most video cards that are 5 years old or newer will have this capability.
If your graphic card is up to minimum then you need to update the driver software for your card. To find your graphic card's manufacturer and model:
Go to your Control Panel
Select System or System Properties
Select the Hardware tab
Select the Device Manager
Click on Display Adapters--You should find the type of card here.

Updating your graphics card driver software should solve the problem. If you continue to receive the error we have created an update that tells the game to start using Direct3D rather than OpenGL for 3D support:
Dance Praise 2 D3D Update.zip
- Download the zip file to your desktop and open it.
- Run the Dance Praise 2 D3D Update.exe program.
- Follow the directions in the setup program.
- The setup program assumes that the game is installed on the C: drive in Program Files. If you installed it elsewhere, you will need to set that new path.
- Start Dance Praise 2 the way you normally do.
